No nail filing on the LIRR...

Dear My LIRR Nightmare, Caught this piece of work filing away after she threw her garbage on the floor...I told her that was amazing that she thought it was appropriate to file her nails on the train...she said I was insane...I told her she was an ignorant, self absorbed cow. Thank you!
